How to Import Contacts into a Salesforce CRM

1. Login into your Salesforce account.

• Open your web browser and go to the Salesforce login page.
• Enter your username and password to log in to your Salesforce account.

2. From the Homepage, click on ‘App Launcher’.

• Once you are logged in, you will be directed to the Homepage of Salesforce.
• Look for the ‘App Launcher’ icon, usually located in the top left corner of the page.
• Click on the ‘App Launcher’ icon to open the application menu.

3. Look out for the ‘Data Import Wizard’ and then Click it!

• Within the App Launcher menu, search for the ‘Data Import Wizard’.
• Click on the ‘Data Import Wizard’ option to open the data import tool.
